                                     Just a little bit of Church History

• In 313 CE Constantine The Great (a military and political genius) was ruler of the Roman Empire. His empire was falling apart because of all the competing religions. So he combined them into One Official State Religion to unite his empire with amazing success.
• He did away with the Biblical Holy Days.
• He changed the Sabbath Day from the 7th day of the week to S_U_N-Day because he was a Sun Worshiper, thereby uniting the Christians and Sun Worshipers.
• He did away with Passover and put Easter in its place; the Pagan Fertility god with bunnies and eggs, to bring various Pagans Religions into the mix also.
• 1700 years later this combined-interfaith-religion so brilliantly established by Constantine is what most people call "Christianity". We respectfully call it post-Constantine Christianity.
• Back then, and all along the way, there were some holdouts insisting on the original faith that Yeshua/Jesus handed to His Disciples.  They paid dearly for their beliefs; the History books are full of their stories.  The price of non-conformance was a lot higher back then, not so much for the time being. Today we have a window of opportunity to walk through the narrow gate and become grafted into The New Covenant of Yeshua Messiah of Israel. Come taste and see; His burden is easy and His yoke is lite.
